Elevator issues caused delays!!! The hot tub jets were off for maintenance. Upgrading the outdated shower and furniture would make a huge difference!!! Pool area needs serious cleaning. Broken tiles don't inspire relaxation!!!

Request a room away from the elevator for a quieter stay. The breakfast is excellent, especially the buffet.

The room definitely needed an upgrade. It felt tacky, with worn-out furnishings and bathroom fixtures that were in dire need of a good scrubbing. I encountered issues with cleanliness, from stains on the bed skirt to dirt on the bathroom walls. Complaints about the room phone went unaddressed, despite reminders, and there were also questionable hygiene issues in the pool area with visible debris and stains.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious room with a lovely balcony, making it easy to relax after exploring the area. The proximity to various dining options and parks was a huge plus for our family. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a better breakfast service since it was a bit slow on our visit, but overall, it didn't take away from our experience.
